Pcha helps online sellers (e.g., Etsy/Depop/Poshmark/Shopify/Instagram/Facebook sellers) transform product photos into photorealistic, platform-ready listing images, including background compliance options, formatting/export per platform, and optional publishing workflows.

C. Information from third parties

• Payment providers: confirmation that a payment was completed (we usually do not receive full card details)
• Platform integrations (if you connect them): limited data needed to connect and publish/export (e.g., store identifiers, access tokens, and listing metadata)

Kenya waitlist measurement

When enabled, our first-party waitlist measurement counts observed page visits, visible sections, button clicks and signup or share outcomes. It does not record entered phone numbers, page text, URLs or message recipients. A random identifier exists only for the current page visit and refreshes on each Nairobi day when the page is active; the server uses a daily keyed reference for deduplication and retains references only for the current and previous two Nairobi days. Aggregate counts remain for launch reporting. Browser measurement respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals.

To opt out on this browser, use the control below. This choice does not prevent joining the waitlist. Saved registration counts are still recorded without exposing your number to the operations dashboard.

3) How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide and operate the Service: Create and manage your account; Process uploads, generate images, run quality checks, and deliver outputs; Export images to platform-specific sizes/formats; Enable publishing/integration features when you connect third-party accounts.

• Communicate with you: Send service messages (e.g., job completion notifications, receipts, account alerts); Provide customer support; Send product updates and tips (you can opt out of marketing communications).

• Referrals and sharing features: If you use referral links or share "Before → After" pages, we track attribution and reward eligibility.

4) AI processing and your content

To deliver the Service, we must process your uploaded images and instructions.

• License to process: You grant Pcha a limited license to host, reproduce, modify, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service, including running AI transformations and quality checks.
• Third-party AI providers: We may send your content (images + instructions) to AI/model providers to generate results. We require service providers to protect data and use it only to provide services to us.
• No guarantee of platform acceptance: We aim for "policy-correct" outputs (e.g., background rules), but we cannot guarantee acceptance by any marketplace/platform, as rules and enforcement can change.

5) How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

Vendors that help us run the Service, such as:
