How PCHA works
PCHA (pronounced “picha”) is an AI content and social media assistant for online sellers in Kenya. Its Studio creates product images and videos; its Assistant helps with captions, scheduling and posting.

From a product photo to selling content
Here is the dress example shown on the PCHA landing page: the product reference, a selected model and the generated image.

1. Start with your stock
A clear photo of the dress provides the product reference.

2. Choose a model
Use a saved model to carry the look across your content.

3. Create your image
Studio puts the dress into a new, AI-generated scene.
What do I do in Studio?
Begin with a clear product photo, such as a dress laid flat or hanging in your shop. Show the whole product in good light so its shape, colour and details are easy to see.
Choose or create a model and the setting you want. You can reuse a saved model for another piece of content. Studio uses your product reference to create images and videos for your listings and social posts.
Review before you share
Check the generated result against the actual item: pattern, colour, cut, logos and other details. AI can change details. Use only results that represent what you sell, then download the content you choose.
What does the Assistant do?
Give your Studio content to the PCHA Assistant with your product information, including prices and available sizes. The Assistant helps prepare captions, plan when content goes out and publish posts.
The recording shows the Assistant workflow: content and product details become captions, a weekly plan and a post. The campaign animation on the landing page is an illustration of that flow.
You handle your customers
Keep prices, sizes and availability accurate and review the content and posting plan. PCHA handles the posting; you remain responsible for customer replies, orders and the claims you make about your products.
Who is PCHA for?
PCHA is for independent online sellers, small shops and product brands in Kenya that need content for listings and social media. The dress is one example: the product starts with your stock and the information you supply.
Can I use PCHA now?
The public Kenya site is taking waitlist registrations for the launch at 12 noon Nairobi time. Joining the waitlist saves your registration; it does not open a Studio account or give immediate product access. The WhatsApp group invitation is optional.
Who makes PCHA?
PCHA is a Lumivara Studio product. The name is written PCHA and pronounced “picha”. This guide describes the product and examples on the official Kenya site.
